We have pleasure in introducing GOLDEN PLASTIC. tiny company established in the year 1990 with the manufacturing objectives of Polypropylene and High Density Polyethylene industrial Ball Valves.The company started its primary production of cast iron industrial ball valves.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing of industrial Ball Valves,Diaphragm Valves, Foot Valves, Non Return Valves, 'Y' Type Strainers, FLow Indicators, and Pipe Fittings. Also Manufacturing Scrapers. Shovels. Scoopers and Spades. These items are widely used by chemical process Industries For Handling corrosives chemicals. the capacity is from 20mm to 200mm.
The company GOLDEN PLASTIC has manufacturing plant located in Ahmedabad with sufficient space for manufacturing, assembly, packing, stores etc. The company is equipped with all types and size of moulds and latest machineries Like extruders, injection moulding machines, lathe machines, drilling machines, jigs and fixtures etc.
Annual manufacturing capacity is around 50000 pcs of valves and a million pieces of oyher spares arid fitting The Founder and the most initiative Force of The company has paint his entire Force in operations like Production, Development, Quality Control, Customer Satisfaction and Service. His long sighted quest has made possible to deliver the best and perfects a very competitive rates with long life.
The company has its own testing facilities with standard testing machineries for The products from stage of raw material to finish materials. The finish products like valves and fitting etc. are Hydro-statically tested to maintain the very high standard.
The Company Has strength of 15 Working Members. They are working in production, designing, product devlopment, assembly, packing and administration. Presently the company is working in development of H.D.P.E. and P.V.D.F valves and fittings.
